Healthy Azusa is a partnership between the city, educational institutions, health care services, businesses, community organizations, and residents to promote health and wellness for those who live, work, and play in the city of Azusa, CA.
Healthy Azusa includes multiple programs throughout the city of Azusa such as "Roads to Health," "Be A Walker," "Safe Routes to Schools," Health and Wellness Courses, numerous Parks and Recreation programs, and the RENEW Initiative.
Healthy Azusa is committed to promoting health and wellness activities to the residents of Azusa.
